ELDAD TAMIR – Private Equity & Board Practice Expert

Eldad is considered one of the pillars of the Israeli investing community, with over 25 years of experience in investment management, banking, investment banking and venture capital. He is the Founder and CEO of the Tamir Fishman Group That manages over 5 B $ in different asset classes and acts as a top banking firm for Israeli tech companies. Eldad personally managed dozens of public offerings and M&A transactions on stock markets in the USA, Europe and Israel.
he previously served as Executive VP of the Evergreen Group and CEO of Evergreen Capital Markets, as VP Finance and Investments in Clal Finance and prior as strategic planning consultant at SBD. He holds an MBA from the Tel Aviv University and BA in Economics from the same university.
Eldad is a member of Israel’s SharkTank TV show, and is a commentator on other TV Economic programs.

Neri Brutzkus – Technology Practice Expert

Neri started his career in the RCA Labs in Princeton NJ, through a role of VP Engineering in Koor Communications, VP Technology and Business Development in companies as ECI, Gilat Satellite and Lambda Crossing. In 2003 he joined Verint Systems (NASDAQ VRNT) where he served as MD Analytics and Communications Systems and then as SVP Strategy & M&A, Communications & Cyber Solutions until his retirement in 2017.
Neri is now serving as a Board member of a few companies across Israel and the US, as well as on the Advisory Board of Equitech Ventures. Neri holds his Ph.D., M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.


Noga Kap brings over 25 years' experience in the global and Israeli technology arena. After 11 years as MD Europe in SunGard, a global software company, she joined Walden Israel, a leading venture capital, as General Partner. For 8 years she led with her partners hundreds of due diligence processes, was instrumental in the investments, and sat in the boards. In 2008 she joined BRM as MD and was responsible for high tech investments in the group. After about 4 years she left and since has been working with many start ups and investment bodies as a mentor, investor, and strategic consultant.
Noga holds her MBA from Bellvue University in Washington and her BA in Economics and Psychology from Tel Aviv University.


Pinny Chaviv brings over 20 years' experience in the technology arena from a GM, Co-Founder and a VC Partner perspective. He started as an R&D Engineer in ECI, growing into Director and VP R&D roles, and then managing as GM the Broadband Access business which later span-off as Inovia Telecom, where he was the CEO.
When Inovia was reunited with ECI corporate, he spent another 2 years in the transition and moved to the VC world after almost 20 years in ECI.
After 2 years in Star Ventures he co-founded bTendo, developing a revolutionary ultra-miniature laser projector to the mobile and tablet industry. Taking it towards a commercial stage, and after 4.6 years there, he passed his leadership onward at the end of 2010 and in recent years has been working on independent projects in technology that are of interest.
Pinny holds his MBA from Harvard University and BSC in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.


Doron Shwartz brings over 20 years' experience in leading multinational pharmaceutical companies. He held the role of GM Schering Plough Israel for over 7 years, and after the acquisition by Merck took an executive role with Merck's regional Chief of Staff & Program Realization Office. Prior he held positions such as Finance and IT Director for 8 years in GSK, and in recent years Doron left to pursue an independent career.
Doron holds his PHD from Bar Ilan University and his dissertation is on mergers & acquisitions in the pharmaceutical industry. His MSC is in Public economy, finance management and IT administration from The Hebrew University, and his BSC from the same university is in Accountancy, investment management and international economics.
