Eden Machnai joined Machnai Weiss Ltd. In June 2021 as a Sourcing Specialist, focusing on multidisciplinary search and analysis of markets and candidates. She brings strong cross-cultural skills and works with versatile international companies, across practices. Throughout her tenure, she worked closely for a year with our global partner, Spenglerfox, on their European searches.
Prior to joining, she worked in BIRD Aerosystems in an Administrative capacity, and before that Eden served in Air Force intelligence, where she developed strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities that shaped her approach to research and analysis.
Eden holds her Diploma from the international photography school Spéos in Paris, in Documentary Photography. Before that, she graduated Photography School Galitz in Israel.
Eden is fluent in Hebrew and English, and has proficiency in French.
