Mari Knoll joined Machnai Weiss & Partners Ltd. in February 2021 as an Executive Sourcing Specialist. Mari’s work includes researching the market to identify qualified candidates, sourcing talent across different functions, performing qualifying phone interviews, providing clients with carefully selected candidate shortlists that match their needs. She is skilled in using advanced technologies, including AI and machine learning, to identify high-quality executives efficiently.
Before joining Machnai Weiss & Partners Ltd., Mari worked in technology start-ups that developed a platform to source quality candidates, such as Pandologic and Talenya. There, she was responsible for data analysis and research, focusing on finding best in class.
Mari holds a Master’s degree in Information Sciences from Bar Ilan University and is fluent in Hebrew, English, and Romanian.
