Ortal Sabag joined Machnai Weiss & Partners Ltd. in 2021 as an Intelligence & Sourcing Specialist. In her role, Ortal is responsible for analyzing target markets, identifying relevant companies, sourcing top-tier candidates across diverse industries, and presenting carefully selected shortlists aligned with client needs. Her work includes in-depth company research, data assessment from multiple platforms, and conducting phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Before joining Machnai Weiss & Partners Ltd., Ortal served for four and a half years as a Data Analyst in the International Crime Investigations Unit at Lahav 433, where she held a classified role supporting complex investigations with data-driven insights. Prior to that, she worked in a supervisory role in Ben Gurion airport, managing ground operations and liaising with international carriers.
Ortal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a focus on Marketing and Finance, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is native in Hebrew, fluent in English, and has good command of Spanish.
