Leemor is the founder and CEO of “Machnai Weiss & Partners Ltd.” She brings with her about 25 years of experience working with leading global companies across a variety of fields and territories, specializing in executive search for their most complex and senior positions.
Leemor worked in the high-tech industry for several years, and then established the high-tech division at “Nicholson International,” a European executive search firm. At Nicholson, she built and managed the Tech Practice in Israel, working with many Israeli companies and attracting executives for them worldwide. In 2001, she relocated to New York to manage the high-tech division in the U.S.
After several additional years in HR management at NICE Systems in the U.S., and two years managing strategic clients at a HealthTech startup, she returned to Israel and founded Machnai Weiss in 2005. The company is built on methodologies and experience gained from the organizations she worked with, and over the years she developed an approach that combines structured methods with attention to the unique DNA of each client. This has resulted in long-term success in bringing top executive talent in key roles.
Leemor works closely with management teams and boards of directors of both Israeli and international companies and investment entities.
Her connection to a global partner in executive search since the company’s inception has enabled her to continually support the growth of Israeli companies around the world, as well as help foreign companies enter the Israeli market and establish leading local management teams.
Leemor holds a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Haifa and a Masters in Business from Polytechnic University of New York. She also holds certifications in Management Coaching and Corporate Directorship. She volunteers as Co-Chair of Digital Eve, a forum for professional women in high-tech.
Leemor is fluent in Hebrew and English, and speaks French and Italian at a good level.
