Nadav joined Machnai Weiss Ltd. In April 2025 as an Office Administrator. He is responsible for managing all administrative operations of the company, overseeing client communication and coordination, and handling the development and distribution of marketing materials across social media platforms.
Previously, Nadav served as a Recruiting Coordinator at Ofek National Service Association, conducting interviews to engage youth to join national meaningful service, as well as overseeing the organization’s promotional outreach.
Prior to that, he was the Administrative Assistant at Sher Consulting & Training, where he managed CRM systems, prepared marketing materials, and supported website operations.
Nadav holds his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Reichman University and is pursuing his Master’s degree in Sport Psychology at The College of Management Academic Studies. He is native in Hebrew and fluent in English.
