Ayelet Barkay joined Machnai Weiss Ltd. in December 2024 as an Executive Search Senior Recruiter, following 26 years at Mashabey Enosh Executive Search.
She specializes in identifying and attracting top executive talent for leading companies and brings extensive know-how in project management, leading key executive searches, primarily for industrial companies across various sectors. In her current role she is working for Israeli companies as well as builds expertise working with multinational clients, identifying relevant candidates to ensure an optimal fit.
Ayelet holds her Bachelor degree in Behavioral Science from the College of Management Academic Studies. She is native in Hebrew and is fluent in English.
